At PGreen, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality plants. Because plants are living organisms and require proper care, our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring plant health responsibility is shared.

1. 🌱 Live Plant Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants are healthy and in good condition at the time of purchase or delivery. If you receive a damaged or unhealthy plant, please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

2. 📸 Proof of Issue

To process any refund or replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the plant
  • Original packaging (if applicable)
  • Order details or receipt

3. 🔁 Refund or Replacement Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Plant arrived dead, severely damaged, or diseased
  • Incorrect item was delivered

Approved requests may receive:

  • A replacement plant (preferred), or
  • A full or partial refund (depending on the situation)

4. 🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damage due to improper care, neglect, or environmental conditions
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (natural for live plants)
  • Delayed claims beyond the specified timeframe
  • Change of mind after purchase

5. 🚚 Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping stress is normal; slight wilting or leaf drop may occur and usually recovers within a few days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. 💰 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. 🏪 In-Store Purchases

For plants purchased in-store:

  • Please inspect plants carefully before purchase
  • Returns are not accepted unless the plant is proven to be diseased at the time of sale
