We guarantee that all plants are healthy and in good condition at the time of purchase or delivery. If you receive a damaged or unhealthy plant, please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
2. 📸 Proof of Issue
To process any refund or replacement request, customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the plant
- Original packaging (if applicable)
- Order details or receipt
3. 🔁 Refund or Replacement Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- Plant arrived dead, severely damaged, or diseased
- Incorrect item was delivered
Approved requests may receive:
- A replacement plant (preferred), or
- A full or partial refund (depending on the situation)

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Damage due to improper care, neglect, or environmental conditions
- Minor cosmetic imperfections (natural for live plants)
- Delayed claims beyond the specified timeframe

- Shipping stress is normal; slight wilting or leaf drop may occur and usually recovers within a few days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
